New facilities in Zhuhai complete the Group's electroplating chemical capabilities. Built with government support, the factory is located in the prestigious Nan Bing Technology and Industrial Park, a major high-tech development zone of Zhuhai renowned for its environmental protection policies, and manufactures silver salt, palladium salt and rhodium sulphate. The 43,000 sq. ft facility contains the latest in advanced equipment, and can produce up to 9,000 kg of gold salt, 160,000 kg of silver salt, 6,000 kg of palladium salt, and 200 kg of rhodium sulphate annually.

All the Group's high-tech production facilities meet approved government standards of safety and environmental protection, while at the same time being configured to ensure the highest standards of quality at every level of production.

In May 2004, Kenlap Fine Chemical (Zhuhai) Technology Company Limited obtained BS EN ISO 9001:2000 certification regarding its quality management system for the manufacture of electroplating chemical products.
